Smart take on the Forstall situation.

I’m not so sure that Apple has to unify the iOS with OS X experience. The more cohesive they get the better. But this matters to a minority of people having iDevices and Macs. And this number is pretty low compared to those only using one Apple device and running their life on Windows.

To me, Apple needs to get forward and push their mobile OS to the next level without fear of breaking some rules.
