Heard from a representative in a Sprint dealer in Las Vegas. This girl was having issues with battery reliability on a recent Samsung smartphone. The rep was saying that it was a known issue with a recent firmware update on his phone and that she would have to wait for Samsung in order to fix this. Wait for months maybe to get a fix. The guy asked if she was due for an “upgrade” in order to get a new phone… Nope.
Maybe Samsung could just reduce number of smartphones they push on us in order to improve reliability. Maybe this little story explains in part why so many Androïd phones are being sold every single day.
