Interesting point regarding one of Apple slide used yesterday. Certainly a strong point made about their design choices. But, looking at the comments following the article, one can see that many people just don’t care. But I do.
With Marc Newson joining Apple, I wonder how Apple will look different in five or ten years from now.
If I ever buy an iPhone 6 (eventually I will), I’ll make sure the buy the one with the darkest colour in order to make the seams less visible. I hate these. They look like masking tape applied to the body of the device in order to prepare it for a paint job.
Apple’s iterative approach to device design will certainly payoff in the long run.
I generally like the updated design of OS X Yosemite icons except for a few ones that feel off: Mail, Game Center, System Preferences.
Given everything presented above, it’s pretty clear to me that a “smartwatch” isn’t in Apple’s immediate future. But they’re clearly interested in wearable technology. So what are the alternatives for a product that could be released this year?
One great piece of Mr. Craig Hockenberry. A must read as it encompass all major challenges Apple is facing right about now in wearable technologies. This will be a very interesting year just to see what Apple will come up it.

I love this really much. I wonder how Apple Stores will be regarded in the history of modern architecture a few decades from now.
